How It Works:

Phase 1 (Initial Setup):

* You fax/scan all of each driver’s complete 19-A compliance file and send them to us via email
-Driver’s Abstract (state driving record) (performed within 30 days prior to DS-870)
-MCSA-5875 “Medical Examination Report Form”
-MCSA-5876 “Medical Examiner’s Certificate”
-DS-870’s “Article 19-A Bus Driver Application”
-DS-873’s “Annual Defensive Driving Performance”
-DS-875’s “Biennial Behind the Wheel Road Test” (must be tested within 30 days after hiring or rehiring)
-DS-875Q’s “Oral/Written Examination”
-DS-875Y’s “Oral/Written Examination Results”

* We create a separate e-folder for each driver’s scanned documents
* We carefully review each document and enter all pertinent information and dates into a dedicated database
* We generate and email reports showing when each compliance requirement is due

Phase 2 (Progressive File Maintenance):

* Scan newly generated documents and send them to us via email
* We carefully review each document and enter all pertinent information and dates into our database
* We create monthly reports showing when each requirement is due to be completed
-(If a new driver/drivers are added to the roster, we will send out a set of updated reports)
* We provide phone and email support when problems are identified **All reports are customizable**
